RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATION & REPAIRS
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Regrettably, as a pop-up shop, we cannot accommodate returns or issue refunds. Damaged items, however, can be replaced within 14 days of delivery with the same item or if no longer available, with another item of equal value. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, and for international returns, any import/customs fees are not covered.
REPAIRS:
Ensuring your satisfaction is paramount. We offer complimentary size adjustments within the initial 14-day return period (excluding personalized items). For wear and tear, we provide repair services for a nominal fee. Our gold jewelry, while of the highest quality, requires delicate handling. To initiate a repair, contact us at rosemary@islavidavi.com, carefully pack the unworn damaged jewelry in its original packaging, and include the invoice or order number. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and must provide the tracking number.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a 40% restocking fee, applicable to jewelry items in production. Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.
To initiate a damage return, cancellation or repair, contact rosemary@islavidavi.com with your order number. For returns, items must be unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
